Due to the nature of service-based work, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered or partially completed. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any concerns.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
The service has not yet been initiated.
A cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled service start.
The deliverables clearly fall short of the agreed-upon scope, and a resolution cannot be reached.
Refund requests must be made in writing to gncs.finance@gnananetra.com
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
Services already completed or substantially completed.
Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or access.
Change of mind after the service has commenced.
Packages or subscriptions that have been partially used.
You may cancel your service by notifying us in writing. For recurring or retainer-based services, cancellation must be made with 30 days notice prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can make it right. Our goal is to reach a fair and timely resolution.
